- The binaries required to run from source on Windows (or to build a Windows
  installer) have been moved to their own Subversion directories

  	* vlc.dll should be in the \Python24\DLLs dir when running from source
	and in the topdir when building using makedist.bat
	
	* The zip dir should be in the topdir and be named vlc
  
  
  https://svn.tribler.org/ffmpeg/branches/ffmpeg-win32-ivaylo-jan2007
  
  	* ffmpeg.exe should be in the topdir
